Is there a CASECAUT permit that will allow an LSCA to change the password of an SCA?

 

Answer:

The scope of an LSCA doesn't include the SCA which is why it is not allowed to change the password of an SCA.

There is no CASECAUT permit that will allow an LSCA to change the password of an SCA.
