We have a hub installed at a remote site on a Windows server.

The server has crashed and we have no backups available to restore this hub.

What is the process to manually remove this hub from the infrastructure manager and queues?

You can remove the hub from Infrastructure Mananger by going to any hub.cfg with this steps:

1. Go to: <UIM install Folder>\hub\hub.cfg , then edit/remove the desired Hub from this file;

2. Now go to the Infrastructure Manager, open the Hub, and into the hubs tab, remove the desired Hub.

<Please see attached file for image>

remove hub.jpg

3. If you have, delete any queues pointing to the failed hub since all hubs share their view of the world.

If you remove it from that view, it should be broadcast to the other hubs.
