Infrastructure manager and Probe access very slow

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms
Extreamly long time to log into IM. 2+ minutes after clicking login.
Probes taking 1 to 2 minutes to open.
Getting lots of wait and retries messages when making changes to probes.
Solution
1. Stop the nimsoft service on the primary hub.
2. Delete the robots.sds and hubs.sds
3. Restart the nimsoft service on the primary hub.
These files will automatically be recreated.
Test access to IM and the hub issues should be fixed.
One other possible solution is to make sure the controller for the primary hub is set specify the IP address and validate IP.
