Issue/Introduction

Sometimes a robot will bind to the wrong IP address on start up or the IP on a server can change. What changes should be done to fix the robot?

Cause

Network change, Ip rotation, Guidance

Resolution

Follow these steps to fix the issue: 

1.  On the robot, run the ipconfig command.

2. Identify the correct IP and then run the steps highlighted in this KB: Change of IP address of robot or hub
