Error When Clicking On Dynamic Reports in UMP: com.nimsoft.nimbus.NimException : Received status (4) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'nametoip'

Issue/Introduction

Issue:

When clicking on the Reports or Dynamic Views in UMP (for Windows/MSSQL based NMS/UMP install), I get this error:

Details: com.nimsoft.nimbus.NimException : Received status (4) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'nametoip'

Resolution:

1- Open the wasp probe using Raw Configure (SHIFT+right-mouse-click)
2- Under ump_common section, click on New button and create key/value pair as follows

key = report_engine
value = /domain/hub/robot/report_engine

Make sure that the value points to the the robot with the master report_engine.  This is the primary hub if the report_engine has not been completely moved from primary hub for some other reason.

3- Click OK and then Apply.

The wasp probe will restart. When wasp is up and running again (verify it has a port and a pid), re-login to UMP and verify Dynamic Views.
