Unable To Download Probes into the IM archive from the Webarchive

Issue/Introduction

When downloading probes from web archive or even importing probes into archive downloaded from support site , sample error message below

C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ReleaseID-707.zip does not conform to the NimBUS package format

[C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ReleaseID-707.zip]
End-of-central-directory signature not found. 

Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitures one disk of a multi-part archive. In the
latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive.

UnZip DLL: cannont find zipfile directory in C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ReleaseID-707.zip,
and cannont find C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\ReleaseID-707.zip.zip, period.

Resolution

Allow Encrypted Archives through the Content Security Proxy Server (example WebMarshal) for a selected User or anything that comes from support.nimsoft.com

Also, make sure to download the probe package on the same server where IM is installed and avoid transferring the package from server to another.
