Symptoms
When you try to open the relationship viewer portlet? you see the message -The elements you requested don't exist or the group is empty , or you lack sufficient permission to view them
Solution
1) Ensure the devices required are discovered correctly in the NimsoftRemoteAdmin Portlet
2)The configuration is correctly done as per the RCA and topology configuration guide
2)Relationship_services maintains a local DB of the element status. You can try resetting it as follows:

Stop the fault_correlation_engine
Stop the relationship_services.
Delete the directory Program files\Nimsoft\probes\service\relationship_services\database
Start relationship_services on the discovery_server machine.
Start the fault_correlation_engine on the discovery_server machine.
