Admin Console portlet in UMP is blank

Issue/Introduction

Symptom: Loading Admin Console through the UMP portlet shows only a blank/white page, while navigating directly to the Admin Console works fine.

Cause

The Admin Console/service_host probe uses a self-signed certificate, and browser security settings frequently prevent the content of the Admin Console from being loaded unless this certificate is accepted/trusted.

To resolve the issue, you must first navigate to the Admin Console outside UMP, and then you must accept and SAVE the self-signed certificate into the Trusted Certificates store.

Once the certificate has been accepted the browser should be restarted, and then you will be able to access the Admin Console in UMP.
