Performance Reports Show Blank When Saved in Preferences

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms: 

In UMP, after you added the “Performance Reports” portlet to a webpage and then selected a report in portlet preferences, saved and returned to full page it does not open the report. Instead, you just receive a blank page with no data.

Environment:  

Any UMP 8.x version

Cause: 

In the background, the specific report has become corrupted and cannot be displayed.

Resolution/Workaround:

 

To resolve, please click the ”Rebuild from Template” button at the bottom right side next to the blue “? “ help button.
