1.?? ?Open a Command Prompt window Run as administrator
2.?? ?From the Administrator: Command Prompt window enter


regsvr32 %TEMP%\util\nimbusi18n.dll

or

regsvr32 %TEMP%\2\util\nimbusi18n.dll

Note: Perform the above steps immediately after the Run-time error occurs or before the contents of the %TEMP% folder and subfolders are deleted.
