Failed to load control "grid" from your version

Issue/Introduction

Received a pop up error "failed-to-load-control-grid-from-your-version" while trying to open gui for probes like url_response and nas from Infrastructure Manager

Release: CNMSPP99000-7.6-Unified Infrastructure Mgmt-Server Pack-- On Prem
Component:

Resolution

Reinstalling the Infrastructure Manager (IM) will resolve the problem.
Reboot of the server where IM is running to access the gui might be required in some cases after reinstall
