Customer when running discovery is not able to find devices in his scope. The customer recieved the following error
[main] WARN com.nimsoft.udm.utilities.nimbus.UdmNimbusUrlLocator - Waiting to obtain UDM database URL. Retrying... : (4) not found, Received status (4) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'nametoip' name = 'udm_manager'?

To fix the issue you can try the following:

* Increase the memory on the discovery server to a higher amount
* Import UDM_manager to the Primary server location, this fixed this issue as the UDM manager was missing, after importing the UDM manager, the next step is to make sure you restart the discovery server and run a scope afterwards.
