There are two ways to correct this.
I. The easiest way is to open Infrastructure Manager, and navigate to Security->Manage ACLs. ?From here, click "OK" without making any changes. ?This causes a reset of the user permissions and corrects the issue.
II. For users who can't or do not wish to access Infrastructure Manager, you can take the following steps:
?? 1. Locate the file \Nimsoft\probes\service\distsrv\base_acls.cfg
?? 2. Edit the file with any text editor, e.g. Notepad, vi, etc.
