Issue/Introduction

Issue: 

Max. restarts reached for probe 'jdbc_response' (command = runprobe.sh)

The Log of the probe after being deployed unsuccessfully on a server is as given below:-

Environment:  

This probe runs on Windows or UNIX operating systems and requires that Java 1.5 or greater is installed

Cause: 

Old java_jre version

Corrupt .cfg within the installed director

Resolution:

1. Ensure correct version of java_jre is available on the target server where the probe is deployed  as per the probe version and release notes
2. Ensure that the correct java version is being used by the robot
3. Delete the existing probe which was giving error and folder from the target server and redeploy the probe from archive
