UIM 8.1 has an interfaces tab with error, discard and utilization

Issue/Introduction

The error%, discard% and utilization % is USM on the interfaces tab are populated by enabling the following values using a template in snmpcollector:

discard%:
PctDiscards (In)
PctDiscards(Out)

error%:
PctErrors(In)
PctErrors(Out)

utilization%:
Utilization(In)
Utilization(Out)

If the values are zero then they wont display in the USM.
