Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Unable to Disable features in Aria Automation Branding Page

• Branding and Help Page customization.

  

  An issue has been identified when attempting to deactivate the branding options for "Service requests" and "Feedback" simultaneously. When both options are selected together, along with the community link, the changes do not take effect, and the page reverts to its original state with the branding options enabled and the community link unaltered.

   

Environment

VMware Aria Automation 8.x

Cause

• This behavior occurs due to the absence of API calls when all these options are selected concurrently.

Resolution

 

Workaround:

• To address this issue, it is recommended to disable the options individually and apply the changes step by step. By doing so, you should be able to successfully deactivate the branding options and configure the community link as desired.
