Versions prior to 9.0
Add a new, non-expired license with same type and delete the expired one.
On NSX UI, System > Licenses click ADD and specify the key of the new license.
The expired license should be deleted by checking the checkbox of the license, then click DELETE.

Assign a new, non-expired license to vCenter or NSX Manager from License Hub.
Assign a new, non-expired license to vCenter or NSX Manager from License Hub.
Log in to the NSX UI and navigate to System > Licenses, click REFRESH to synchronize the latest licenses.
