After upgrading to NSX 4.1.0 the NSX UI becomes inaccessible

Issue/Introduction

• NSX was recently upgraded to 4.1.0
• The user is not able to access the NSX-T UI.
• NSX UI is using language different than English, German, French, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Italian, and Spanish.

Environment

VMware NSX 4.1.0

Cause

This issue occurs when the web browsers default language is to set one different than those supported by NSX.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in VMware NSX 4.2.0.

Workaround

The browser language can be set to English to access the NSX UI. Other languages that are supported by NSX that can be used to workaround it are German, French, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, Italian, and Spanish.
