Pushed images in Harbor shows incorrect creation time

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• You have pushed some images to harbor from a docker client vm.
• You see an incorrect/old values for image Creation Time in the harbor in the harbor.

Environment

VMware PKS 1.x

Resolution

This is working as per the design. Creation Time under Harbor repositories shows the original image creation time, not the image pushed date to harbor.
