• If your PKS subscription was acquired through Pivotal, directly, please register for Pivotal Support and submit a case:

  • Step-by-step support registration instructions and more information can be found on content.pivotal.io/support

  • The case interface is only visible to people with subscriptions that have registered and logged in to the community
