Unable to upload custom patches to the patch repository of the VUM with error "Failed to upload file"
In the vsphere-client virgo logs you see these errors:

Cause
This issue could occur if the This is due to invalid Certificate/Certificate Template used when generating a custom Certificate for vCenter Server.
Resolution
To resolve this problem reissue the certificates used by the vCenter Server following the correct procedure.
