Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Why does Readable_Run_Config show no value in the Revision Number field in Cisco WLC device properties -> History -> DCS on NCM Application Server?

Environment

VMware Smart Assurance - NCM

Cause

Readable_Run_Config for Cisco WLC devices in NCM has been made non-revisionable configuration unit and hence it does not show any revision number.

Resolution

This change has been introduced with NCM - DSR 21 HF4 and above versions based on following details.

Symptom: Cisco Wireless LAN Controller- readable_run-config was not non-revisionable
Description for the fix: Readable-run config is made as non-revisionable.
Note: Latest config will be pulled for readable-run config, but the revision will not be updated and revision number will be empty
