Launching GUI from browsers that do not support Java and other plugins

Issue/Introduction

When user is trying to access GUI via URL https://<NCM_Server_IP> on client machine and clicks on “Launch VMware Smart Assurance Network Configuration Manager”, Java detection error is observed as below:
The required Java Run Time might not have been installed/enabled on the client machine and/or Java Web Start is not getting picked by the browser.

Resolution

Access the URL https://<NCM_Server_IP>:8880/voyence/powerup.jnlp instead on browser from the client machine. This would download the powerup.jnlp from NCM Application Server and launch the GUI with Java Run time installed on the client machine.
