Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation 4.5.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 4.2.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 4.4.x
VMware Cloud Foundation 4.3.x

Cause

Could be race condition generated due to order of operations

Resolution

After VCF Upgrade failure or success ,the SDDC UI becomes unresponsive

  1. Check if all the services are up and running
  2. Revert the SDDC snapshot and retry the upgrade.
  3. Check if the UI is working
  4. If snapshot revert is not working to unblock then restore SDDC manager from backup and try the upgrade
