After SDDC reboot as part of the upgrade from 4.2.1 to 4.5 SDDC GUI becomes unresponsive

Issue/Introduction
To bring back the SDDC UI
Symptoms:
- After SDDC reboot as part of the upgrade, SDDC GUI became unresponsive
- After checking the VCF could still be running on old version and not upgraded to new version.
- Unable to login to the SDDC manager as the WebUI is not responding (SSH is still working)
- sddcManagerServer.log file

Cause
Could be race condition generated due to order of operations
Resolution
After VCF Upgrade failure or success ,the SDDC UI becomes unresponsive
- Check if all the services are up and running
- Revert the SDDC snapshot and retry the upgrade.
- Check if the UI is working
- If snapshot revert is not working to unblock then restore SDDC manager from backup and try the upgrade
