CPU performance shows Over 100% via ESXi host client

Issue/Introduction

• In  ESXi 6.7 environment using the Host Client, the  "Monitor" and "Performance" Tab shows over 100% utilization.
• Sometimes the values under the Average, Maximum, Minimum, and Latest shows also negative values.

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7

Resolution

This is working as per current design in the UI client.

As a workaround use the HTML5 client.
