Performance graphs disappear or break when launching VMRC

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When we launch VMRC, the performance graphs would either show a gap or disappear 
• Performance graphs disappear before the point when the VMRC was launched:

• Gaps in performance graphs at times when VMRC was launched:

 

• Issue is noticed even if we connect to host directly using Host client
• VMRC may take a long time to launch
• Host UI may perform slow while the VMRC is launching
• Web-based remote console works fine
• No impact is noticed on VMs

Resolution

To resolve this issue update the version of VMRC to 11.0.0.

Workaround:
As a workaround use Web-based remote console.
