Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
  • The AWS plugin Inventory is not populating in Aria Orchestrator..
  • Folders within inventory continuously spin and fail to load.
  • The /data/vco/usr/lib/vco/app-server/logs/vco-server-app.log logfile contains a warning similar to:

Environment

VMware vRealize Orchestrator 8.x

Cause

The issue is caused by a change in how Aria Orchestrator manages its ssl keystores which is not compatible with certain plugin versions.

Resolution

To resolve the issue install AWS plugin version 1.3.1+21486994 or higher. The plugin is available for download in the VMware Marketplace
