Issue/Introduction

Attention Customers this Knowledge Base article is here to inform you about an important update regarding the availability of certain VMware products. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline our product offerings and align with market demands, we will be implementing an End of Availability (EOA) for VMware vRealize Cloud Universal Enterprise Plus.

Resolution

Effective from July 27th, 2023, the following SKUs will be subject to the EOA: 

CMRC-XXCUENTPL-12PT0-C1S
CMRC-XXCUENTPL-36PT0-C1S
CMRC-XXCUENTPL-24PT0-C1S
CMRC-XXCUENTPL-48PT0-C1S
CMRC-XXCUENTPL-60PT0-C1S

We understand that this change may impact your current or future deployments, and we want to assure you that we are committed to supporting you during this transition. We recommend reviewing your existing deployments and evaluating any plans for future deployments that involve the affected SKUs. 

We encourage you to consult with your VMware representative to explore alternative solutions (such as VMware Aria Universal Suite and VMware Aria Operations for Networks) available within the VMware portfolio. 

Please keep in mind that the EOA only affects the mentioned SKUs. The rest of the VMware vRealize Suite offerings will remain available and supported as usual, and our commitment to delivering innovative and reliable solutions remains unchanged.
