Application Rule Manager gets stuck analyzing the traffic

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• ARM sessions gets in a stuck state when analyzing the traffic sessions.
• Unable to stop or start the analysis of any new captured traffic on the NSX manager
• The analysis task does not have a progress bar
• Delete session option is greyed out
• In the NSX Manager vsm.log, The ARM_FLows counter is not changed over time
