QoE chart in Orchestrator has gray gaps for all Edges

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• On SASE Orchestrator UI (New and classic) you will see gray gaps randomly on any time frame.
• Transport tab looks good even when QoE shows gaps with the tooltip "Edge was offline or unreachable"
• In events there is no "Link Down" events
• There is no alert of "Link Down" or "Edge Down" during the period of time that shows the gap.
• This is a cosmetic issue and doesn't impact the production data traffic or blocks management traffic.

The fix is present in VCO versions 5.4.0.9, 6.0.0.6, 6.0.1.0, 6.1.0.0 and 6.2.0.0
