Environment

VMware vCenter Converter Standalone 6.0.x
VMware vCenter Server 6.0.x

Resolution

  1. To resolve this issue, move CTK files to a different directory and disable Changed Block Tracking(CBT). For more information, see Enabling or disabling Changed Block Tracking (CBT) on virtual machines (1031873)
  2. Ensure that there are no Snapshot files present in the Virtual Machine working directory For more information, see Determining if there are leftover delta files or snapshots that VMware vSphere or Infrastructure Client cannot detect
