This error is due to the LCM process not properly removing the upgrade bundle after performing a previous upgrade of a VMware vSphere ESXi host.
This is a known issue affecting VMware Cloud Foundation 3.x. There is currently no resolution.
Workaround:
To work around this issue, remove the upgrade bundle from VMware Update Manager (VUM) by performing the following steps. SSH to the vCenter of the hosts being upgraded Remove any .iso files found in /storage/updatemgr/patch-store-temp/
