After completing the skip level upgrade on a VCF on VxRail environment from 4.1 to 4.2, some may notice that the latest VxRail bundle is not available to upgrade.
This is a known issue, please use the either set of steps based on the environments configuration.
Navigate to SDDC manager UI > Repository Settings and "Disconnect" both Customer Connect and Dell EMC depots.
Open an SSH session to the SDDC Manager VM and switch to root user:
su -
Change directory to /opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/bin
cd /opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/bin
Run the below command to clear the partnerBundleMetadata entries
python bundle_cleanup.py VXRAIL7-0-131-26875681DL102694_VXRAIL_COMPOSITE-7-0-131-26875681_for_VCF_only-zip
Navigate to SDDC manager UI > Repository Settings and "Authenticate" both Customer Connect and Dell EMC Account to re-connect to the depots.
Open an SSH session to the SDDC Manager VM and switch to root user:
su -
Change directory to /opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/bin
cd /opt/vmware/vcf/lcm/lcm-app/bin
Run the below command to clear the partnerBundleMetadata entries
python bundle_cleanup.py VXRAIL7-0-131-26875681DL102694_VXRAIL_COMPOSITE-7-0-131-26875681_for_VCF_only-zip
