When upgrading an embedded vCenter Server or a Platform Services Controller or migrating a vCenter Server/Platform Services Controller instance from Windows to vCenter Server Appliance, the entry "cn= DSE Root" is replicated with no security descriptor.

As a result, the log file is overfilled with “No SD found for cn=DSE Root” messages.
