Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
  • When Deploying vRealize Operations Manager using the vSphere Client (HTML5), the OVA fails to deploy properly.


Environment

VMware vRealize Operations Manager 7.5.x
VMware vRealize Operations Manager 6.7.x
VMware vRealize Operations Manager 6.6.x
VMware vRealize Operations Manager 7.0.x

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting the vSphere Client (HTML5).

Some OVA deployments are not compatible with the HTML5 Client at this time.

Workaround:
To work around this issue, deploy the vRealize Operations Manager OVA using the standard vSphere Web Client.
