This issue occurs because the property data of VIN adapter resource(s) is not in compliance with the vRealize Operations Manager.
Note: While displaying the topology graph widget, vRealize Operations Manager collects the properties data of the resources part of graph.

This issue is resolved in vRealize Operations Manager 6.4, available at VMware Downloads.
