Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• When attempting to access a view for an object, the following error is displayed:

View request timed out. Please try again in a few moments.

Environment

VMware vRealize Operations 8.0.x
VMware vRealize Operations 8.x

Cause

This is a known issue affecting vRealize Operations 8.x when using a browser set to use a non English locale.
This issue is caused by using an out of date version of Google Chrome in a language which is not English.

Resolution

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, ensure your browser version is on the Browser Support section of the Release Notes, then set the browser language to English.
