False alerts for PSC service availability are received with the SDDC Management Health Solution

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• You see a false alert stating External PSC is Down even though the service is up and running fine.

Environment

VMware vRealize Operations Manager 6.7.x
VMware vRealize Operations Manager 6.6.x
VMware vRealize Operations Manager 7.0.x

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting SDDC Management Health Solution versions 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0.
Currently, there is no resolution.
This issue will be resolved in a future release of the SDDC Management Health Solution.
