Issue/Introduction

This article provides information about retrieving endpoint information using vRealize Automation REST API.

Environment

VMware vCloud Automation Center for Server 6.0.x
VMware vCloud Automation Center for Server 6.1.x
VMware vCloud Automation Center Development Kit 4.5.x

Resolution

Endpoint information is stored on IaaS. Since IaaS API is a private API, you cannot get the endpoint point information using vRealize Automation REST API.

Alternatively, you can use the vRealize Cloud Client to get the endpoint point information by running the vra endpoint list command.
