To collect the diagnostic information for VMware NSX Edge:
- Log in to vCenter Server using the vSphere Web Client with proper credentials.
- Click Home > Networking & Security.
- Select NSX Edges.
- Select the Edge device.
- From the Actions dropdown, Click Download Tech Support Logs.
- Click OK.
Alternatively, to collect diagnostic information for VMware NSX Edge through the VMware NSX Edge CLI, run this command:
