Solution:

Please use the following data to login to the VMware SFTP server:

Server Name: dflsend.vmware.com
User Name:
Password:

Note: FTPES, FTP over explicit TLS\SSL, is supported in addition to SFTP. The SFTP server can only be accessed by using the protocol FTPES - FTP over explicit TLS\SSL.

We recommend using FileZilla 3.1.5 or Winscp 4.3.6 to connect to the VMware SFTP server.
