dvPort connectivity lost due to physical link down

Issue/Introduction

Summary

One or more portgroups in the ESX host lost connectivity to the dvPort. All physical connections to the dvPort from this switch become unavailable.

Impact

The services associated with the affected dvPorts are disconnected from the associated physical networks.

Resolution

To repair the failed physical link, replace the physical adapter or reset the physical switch.
