dvPort down with redundancy degraded

Issue/Introduction

Summary

One or more dvPorts in the ESX host lost one redundant uplink to the physical network. The dvPorts are still connected and still have one ore more redundant uplink remaining.

Impact

The network service is available, but the loss of redundancy increases the likelihood of future failure taking down network service.

Resolution

Repair the failed physical link to restore the desired redundancy.
