Upgrading vRSLCM from version 1.2/1.3 to 2.0 using CD-ROM option fails

Issue/Introduction
vRSLCM upgrade fails when using CD-ROM option to upgrade from version 1.2/1.3 to 2.0 causing below issues:
Issue 1: In the /opt/vmware/var/log/vami/vami.log file, you see message : Unable to install updates because package files are missing
Issue 2: In /opt/vmware/var/log/vami/updatecli.log file, you see error related to conflict in already installed RPMs
Environment
VMware vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 2.x VMware vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 1.2 VMware vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 1.3
Resolution
To resolve issue 1: Retry the upgrade by clicking on install/upgrade button from vRSLCM UI
To resolve issue 2: Upgrade with repository url option from vRSLCM
Steps to mount ISO in LCM and upgrade using Repository URL option:
1. Copy ISO file to /data/ folder in vRSLCM appliance 2. Change directory to /data and create LCM20upgrade folder. 3. Run this command : mount -o loop VMware-vLCM-Appliance-2.0.0.20-10150522-updaterepo.iso /data/LCM20upgrade/ 4. Select Repository URL option for upgrade from update tab in settings page 5. Enter url https://<lcm host>:4443/LCM20upgrade/update and credential admin@localhost/<password> 5. Check for updates and trigger upgrade
