Sometimes Support will ask you for version information when working on an issue. If Support requests product version information on the UMP / WASP or a particular portlet you are having and issue with, below are the instructions to find that information.

If ever you have any question about what the portlet folder name is i.e. qoschart you can find the correct name for it by opening up wasp and looking at the Webapps tab for the path, this will give you the name.
