All ISO and OVF uploads to the vCGS vCloud Director Web portal as well as to the vCGS API require your public IP address be allowed by our support team in order for uploads to work successfully. To get your IP allowed, file a support request with VMware Support and note this KB article ID in the problem description. For more information, see

https://www.whatismyip.com/ to find your IP address.
