Issue/Introduction

Question:

Clear events are coming as an Alarm (how do we prevent this?)

 

Answer:

1. Open the nas probe
2. Select the Message Suppression Tab
3.Then select "Accept automatic 'acknowledgement' of alarm
4. Click Ok, then click Yes

You will no longer see the clear alarms in the alarm console.
