Cause

如果出现禁止 vCenter Server 联系主主机或主机上的代理的网络问题，或如果群集中的所有主机均出现故障，则会出现此问题。如果主机上的代理出现故障且监视程序进程无法启动代理，也会出现此问题。

Resolution

要解决此问题，请执行以下操作：
  1. 确定 vCenter Server 目前是否报告主机无响应。有关详细信息，请参见 Diagnosing an ESX or ESXi host that is Disconnected or Not Responding in vCenter Server (1003409)。
  2. 如果主机处于“无响应”状态，则存在网络问题或全面群集故障。解决此情况后，应正确配置 vSphere HA。
  3. 如果 vCenter Server 报告主机无响应：
    • 启用通过 SSH 访问主机。
    • 使用 SSH 连接到 ESXi 主机。
    • 查看 /var/log/vpxa.log 文件，检查是否存在与 vCenter Server 通信和主机管理代理 (hostd) 相关的错误。
