True Visibility Management Pack for F5 BIG-IP is missing metrics

Issue/Introduction

This article is to ensure the user is aware of the currently supported versions of F5 Load balancers and the side effects that may be observed if this is not adhered to.

Symptoms:
True Visibility Management Pack for F5 BIG-IP is missing metrics related to CPU and Memory. Examples include:

F5 BIG-IP System CPU|CPU Usage (%) CPU(%)
F5 BIG-IP System Memory|Memory Usage (%) Mem Usage (%)

Environment

VMware vRealize Operations 8.10.x
VMware vRealize Operations 8.6.x
VMware vRealize True Visibility Suite 1.0

Cause

Currently, TVS MP for F5 BIG-IP only supports F5 versions up to 11.6, however, you may use the MP with versions beyond 11.6, but missing metrics may be evident until these versions are officially supported by TVS F5 BIG-IP Management Pack.

Resolution

Currently, there is no resolution for this issue in version 8.2.0.20220921 of the True Visibility Management Pack for F5 BIG-IP.

Future releases may support this request pending validation.

Impact/Risks:
Metrics for CPU and Memory may not be visible in the UI if the F5 Load balancer version is above 11.6
