Use cases

The VMware SDDC 4.2 on Dell EMC VxRail HCI solution provides a complete VMware Software Defined Data Center (SDDC) built to a standardized architecture. The result is a private cloud which can be quickly scaled to meet the demands of the business, including management and consumption of resources at an additional site or in the public cloud. This solution can be integrated with Dell EMC Data Protection products for local backup and recovery of virtual machines, as well as more advanced disaster recovery scenarios across multiple regions.

Dell EMC VxRail VMware-powered hyperconverged infrastructure provides an engineered platform with integrated vSphere and vSAN lifecycle management tro simplify the deployment and ongoing operations of your VMware SDDC. Optional integrations between VMware vRealize and Dell EMC Data Protection products such as Avamar and Data Domain enable seamless integration of backup and recovery through the service catalog. These capabilities reduce time to value and yield more cost effective implementation using best practices.
